Subscription Terms
Summit and Steam LLC offers a Subscribe and Save program (10% discount) with the following delivery frequency options:
- Every 1 week
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 1 month
- Every 2 months
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Summit and Steam LLC to automatically process recurring charges to your designated payment method at the applicable interval until you cancel.
Automatic Renewal Disclosure
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate (plus applicable taxes and shipping) unless you cancel in accordance with this Policy.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account at www.summitandsteam.com, or
- Contacting us at summitandsteam@gmail.com.
- To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
- Orders already processed or shipped before cancellation cannot be refunded.
Payments
- You will receive an electronic receipt for each transaction. Please retain these for your records.
- If your payment method fails or is declined, your subscription may be suspended or canceled. You remain responsible for any amounts due.
- If you elect an installment or “pay over time” option (if offered), you authorize Summit and Steam LLC to automatically process installment charges on the agreed schedule without further notice.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with your payment provider. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with abusive chargeback activity.
Third-Party Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors, which may have their own privacy policies and practices. Summit and Steam LLC is not responsible for their actions, errors, or failures outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit and Steam LLC is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from subscription payments, renewals, or cancellations. Your exclusive remedy is a refund of amounts paid for services not yet fulfilled.
