Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and in their entirety before using www.summitandsteam.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The Site and its content are owned by Summit and Steam LLC.

These Terms & Conditions clearly explain the rules, terms, and conditions of using, viewing, and/or browsing the Site and/or purchasing or downloading any program, service, or product offered on or by us or the Site.

These Terms & Conditions contain an Arbitration Clause (Paragraph 18) and require disputes to be resolved through arbitration. By agreeing, you waive your right to a jury trial.

• “Content”: Any written, visual, video, or audio information on the Site, including materials purchased, downloaded, or offered by Summit and Steam.

• “Site, Services, and/or Products”: www.summitandsteam.com, newsletters, social media posts, blog posts, guides, templates, eBooks, calls, webinars, and other offerings.

• “You” or “Your”: The user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

By using the Site or making any Purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Users agree not to:

- Post offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

- Spam or post unauthorized promotions.
- Copy or distribute our intellectual property.

Disclaimer

We are a coffee reseller and merchandise vendor. We are not medical or licensed professionals. You must consult your physician before making any dietary or lifestyle changes. Content is educational and based on our experience.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its Content are the intellectual property of Summit and Steam LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

Our Limited License to You

If you view, access, or purchase the Site, Services, and/or Products, you receive a limited, revocable license for personal use only, subject to these Terms. No redistribution or commercial use without prior written consent.

Your License to Us

If you submit comments or materials to us (e.g., via contact form, email, or social media), you represent you own them and grant us a license to use them for business purposes.

Purchases, Payments & Refunds

• Coffee is a perishable item and cannot be returned.

• Merchandise is custom-printed and non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect.

• Damage/defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (include photos and details) to summitandsteam@gmail.com.

• We may accept payment by credit card or PayPal. By purchasing, you authorize automatic charges per the terms at checkout. If a payment method fails, you remain responsible for amounts due.

Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Subscription Terms
Summit and Steam LLC offers a Subscribe and Save program (10% discount) with the following delivery frequency options:
- Every 1 week
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 1 month
- Every 2 months

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Summit and Steam LLC to automatically process recurring charges to your designated payment method at the applicable interval until you cancel.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate (plus applicable taxes and shipping) unless you cancel in accordance with this Policy.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account at www.summitandsteam.com, or
- Contacting us at summitandsteam@gmail.com.
- To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
- Orders already processed or shipped before cancellation cannot be refunded.

Payments
- You will receive an electronic receipt for each transaction. Please retain these for your records.
- If your payment method fails or is declined, your subscription may be suspended or canceled. You remain responsible for any amounts due.
- If you elect an installment or “pay over time” option (if offered), you authorize Summit and Steam LLC to automatically process installment charges on the agreed schedule without further notice.

Chargebacks
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with your payment provider. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with abusive chargeback activity.

Third-Party Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors, which may have their own privacy policies and practices. Summit and Steam LLC is not responsible for their actions, errors, or failures outside our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit and Steam LLC is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from subscription payments, renewals, or cancellations. Your exclusive remedy is a refund of amounts paid for services not yet fulfilled.

Sharing the Site & Its Content

You must obtain written permission at summitandsteam@gmail.com before sharing our Site or Content for commercial purposes. If sharing for personal purposes (e.g., social media), link directly to the Site and credit Summit and Steam; do not imply association, ownership, or authorship.

No Claims Regarding Results

Testimonials or examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee results.

No Warranties

The Site, Services, and/or Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit and Steam LLC is not liable for indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Your exclusive remedy is a refund of amounts paid for the applicable product or service.

Defense & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Summit and Steam LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for any violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or other applicable terms.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If any issue arises in connection with the Site or our offerings, please contact summitandsteam@gmail.com first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute amicably, you and Summit and Steam LLC agree to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), before a mutually agreed arbitrator, under AAA rules. Any hearing will be held within 30 miles of San Antonio, Texas. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial. The sole monetary award available to you, if any, is a refund of amounts paid for the applicable product or service; consequential or punitive damages are not permitted.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas for any permissible court matter related to these Terms. Process may be served in any manner authorized by Texas law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Updated on” date will reflect the latest change. If you disagree with the Terms, discontinue use of the Site.

Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
